Yoga Classes


The foundation of all yoga styles, Hatha focuses on your physical and emotional wellbeing. Each relaxing class incorporates various movements, from static postures to more dynamic and free-flowing poses. Classes are suitable for all levels.


Focusing on precision and alignment, Iyengar uses aids like blocks and belts to help you hold poses, align your body and release tension. Classes are suitable for all levels. Each class may offer a different focus and direction. Not recommended for pregnant women.


A flowing and dynamic style of yoga, Ashtanga moves you through a specific sequence of flows that encourages strength, proper breathing and posture. Classes are suitable for intermediate to advanced level and require a minimum of 12 months experience as well as an instructor’s recommendation. Not recommended for pregnant women.


This fun and challenging class is comprised of fluid movements linked to breath, and will allow you to energise your whole body as you move from posture to posture. It is ideal for students who love to generate heat when they practice and offers easy and advanced positions.


Yin yoga allows fascia and joints to open safely, and uses poses that stimulate the energy lines of the body to improve organ function. Designed to complement more dynamic types of yoga and exercise, yin uses supports and props to cultivate deep stretching (3-10 minute holds) and develop stillness of mind. This class is suitable for all levels.


This gentle class focuses on longer holds (3-7 minutes), using props and calming breathing techniques. The busier you are, the better this class will be for you – it’s the perfect way to destress and unwind. This class is suitable for all levels.


This dynamic class helps to correct body alignment and facilitates deeper stretches than traditional yoga classes. The wall provides support and traction, helping you to perform more challenging poses. This class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for those wanting to improve flexibility.


Calm and focus your mind with a relaxing meditation class. This ancient practice has many mind and body benefits, and can help to reduce stress, improve immune system function, reduce blood pressure and alleviate the symptoms of PMT.


Shadow Yoga is a specialist approach to Hatha Yoga founded by Shandor Remete. It is based on kneeling, squatting and standing postures that cultivate the inherent energy within the individual. The aim is stress reduction, longevity and enlightenment. Not recommended for pregnant women.


Yoga is a way of life for our teachers, many of whom have lived and trained in India. They specialise in the authentic yoga disciplines Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga, and will guide you as you develop your practice and discover the style best suited to you.
