A prerequisite to our Matwork and Reformer courses, this short course will leave you with the basic anatomy and physiology knowledge you’ll need for your Matwork and Reformer teacher training, as well as a comprehensive understanding of Elixr Pilates principles and the basics of Elixr Pilates.
