Elixr School of Yoga delivers a comprehensive Education program allowing students to develop a sound foundation and understanding of the yogic principles of Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Bandha and Mudra, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy and Teaching Methodology.
Boasting a new 'module' concept, the training has been updated with the latest information in Anatomy and Physiology, as well as Yoga history and philosophy. Three individual modules can be completed as stand-alone training, or can be combined for the full 200 hour certificate.
MODULE ONE: The Physical Body (Annamaya Kosha)
May 1, 7-8 and 14-15
MODULE TWO: The Energetic Body (Pranayama and Manomayo Kosha)
June 11-12, 18-19 and 25-26
MODULE THREE: Meditation and Philosophy (Vijnanamaya and Anandamaya Kosher) February 12 and August 6-7 , 13-14 , 20-21 and 27-28
The individual modules can also be used for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits.
