There’s been plenty on the go at Elixr Yoga recently, as we’ve welcomed a number of experienced new teachers to our team and added exciting new classes to our schedule.

You now have a choice of up to 12 different classes designed to challenge and inspire, build strength and stamina, improve flexibility, and rejuvenate body and mind. Whatever you want to achieve, we’ll help you get there.

So, add a class to your weekly routine to strengthen the connection between your mind, body and breath. Here’s a look at the various styles on offer.

Stretch
This class focuses on releasing muscles safely and accurately.

Mindfulness
Fantastic for stress release, this philosophy, meditation and breath class is suitable for all students.

Restoration
A stress-releasing and slow practice that’s suitable for all levels.

Yin
Yin yoga is designed to help the body release deep-held tension. Postures are held for five minutes or more.

Fundamentals
Perfect for anyone recovering from an injury, looking for a slower-paced practice or simply wanting to work on their technique.

Hatha General
This class is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and provides options for students to modify or deepen their practice.

Hatha Intermediate
This flowing practice focuses on increasing strength, stamina and flexibility, and is ideal for students who want to take their practice to the next level.

Hatha Advanced
This class is for experienced students with an established practice who want to deepen their asana, meditation and breath work.

Ashtanga
This practice consists of a set sequence of poses that builds coordination, mobility and strength. It’s suitable for students who’ve practiced yoga for a year or more.

Iyengar
Developed by B.K.S. Iyengar, this yoga style is defined by a rigorous approach to sequencing and a progression of yoga postures to help develop students’ ability and skill.

Iyengar Advanced
This is an invite-only practice.

Yoga Wall
This practice uses wall ropes to create a one-of-a-kind yoga experience. Stronger alignment is used to decompress the body with gravity and traction is used to release tension.
