Following government protocol, Elixr Health Clubs is currently closed.
Membership fees will be stopped automatically during the club closure period including Swim School. Email confirmation will be sent out soon.

COVID-19 MEMBER UPDATE THURSDAY 19/03/2020
Thank you for your patience if you have emailed us with queries as we have had many emails during this period. Elixr continues to welcome many members through our doors for their regular workouts and classes.
We would like to assure you that we are staying well informed of any developing information regarding COVID-19, and following the advice and recommendations from the Government, Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. In line with Government policy, any member who returns from overseas travel will be required to self-isolate for 14 days before coming to our clubs.
Please find below key information which applies to both Elixr members and staff and we will continue to introduce in-club policies as required.

General Safety Rules
Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time for our whole community. We give great thanks to the many members who have passed kind words and support to Elixr team members and Elixr as we strive to continue to look after everyone.
Are gyms in general safe to be used? If you have any doubts please see NSW Health’s most recent Facebook post in regards to this:
“Is it safe for me to go to the gym? Here are some tips on social distancing in gyms:
• Keeping fit remains important. If you are well and have not been asked to self-isolate then you can go to the gym. Don’t go to the gym if you are unwell.
• You should use wipes provided before you use each piece of equipment.
• You should try to go to the gym when it’s less crowded.
• Gym classes are currently OK, but this advice may change.
• Gyms should be ensuring that they are cleaning regularly, using appropriate disinfectant”
In accordance with Government new policies, how is Elixr managing to make sure that there isn’t more than 100 people at Elixr at one time?
The Australian Department of Health has restricted indoor gatherings to be less than 100 people within a single enclosed area or room. Elixr does not have a single room space where we have more than 100 people. Keeping this in mind we are constantly monitoring our member capacity within all our clubs. Elixr will ensure this is an ongoing process and update all members accordingly if there are any changes.
How is Elixr managing our class numbers given the enforced social distancing?
The health and safety of our members and staff remains our priority at this time. Effective Friday 20th March we will reduce all class sizes to allow a 1.5 metre gap between our members (in line with social distancing recommendations from The Australian Department of Health). Elixr will be using signage in classes where equipment like reformer beds and spin bikes are, to indicate which machine can be used, please be sure to comply with this signage.
What is going to happen to memberships if Elixr shuts down?
In the event of a shutdown, we will be working remotely to continue admin functions, and we will be able to communicate with members via email and adjust all billing accordingly.
What if I want to place my membership on hold?
To place your membership on hold, please visit http://www.elixr.com.au/my-elixr/time-freeze We will assess each request and come back to you directly.
Why is there a 3 day period to implement my membership freeze?
Our current terms and conditions remain our primary guide for freeze processing times. We are currently receiving a high frequency of admin enquiries so please bear with us as correspondence may take longer than usual.
