• Pilates Our Pilates instructors are all fully qualified and internationally certified with many joining Elixr after international careers in dance. All our instructors have been trained in the Elixr Pilates method, and combine a scientific and practical approach with their own creativity in each class.
• Yoga Elixr’s Yoga teachers embrace Yoga as a way of life, with many having spent time living and training in India. Elixr is unique in that we have a team of Yoga teachers that specialise in authentic yoga disciplines - Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga - providing you with the opportunity to experience and choose the style of Yoga and teaching that is most suited to you.
• Kickboxing Real Fitness Kickboxing (RFK) is a high-energy workout that will invigorate your body and free your mind. RFK teaches you the fine art and simple science of effective punching and kicking. RFK is suitable for all levels of fitness and skill, and all techniques are practised on free-standing kickboxing bags.
• Fitness & Swimming Elixr has brought together the best team of Group Exercise and Swim instructors in the country who teach Spin, Power (pump style), Low and High Impact Aerobics. Our Swim Instructors are equipped to teach all skill levels in group and one-on-one sessions.
