Kickboxing Team
Real Fitness Kickboxing (RFK) is a high-energy workout that will invigorate your body and free your mind. RFK teaches you the fine art and simple science of effective punching and kicking. RFK is suitable for all levels of fitness and skill, and all techniques are practised on free-standing kickboxing bags. -
Dennan Chew
A dedicated martial artist and natural athlete who competes regularly in boxing and kickboxing. His excellent teaching skills combined with his very likeable nature draws a crowd to his classes.

Michael Stockl
A seasoned martial artist, enthusiastic and well liked instructor who gives a fun and creative RFK class. Michael is also a dedicated personal trainer.

A devoted student of martial arts who competes regularly in kickboxing. Nadine has excellent instructor skills and a sharp sense of humour.

Paul Scarrott
Having grown up around martial arts with his father George, an 8th Dan black belt in Ju-Jitsu as his mentor has groomed Paul to be a exceptional martial artist. His passion for fitness began back in 1997 as a personal trainer and aerobics instructor. In 2005, Paul decided to head to Australia from ‘chilly’ London and continues to live his passion for ‘health and wellbeing’ today. His charismatic and calm nature will keep you coming back for more .

Richard Chew
Richard is the founder of Elixr and has set the direction of Elixr Pilates.
Richard's teaching experience extends back to his childhood. He started teaching adults Karate at the age of 14, competed with, and then coached the Australian Karate Team in the 80s, and was head coach of the Australian Aerobics Team in the 90s.
Richard brings his provocative sense of humour to his challenging Pilates and Kickboxing classes.

Robert Lauretti
Rob started training in Martial Arts in 1991 in an effort to lose weight. He ended up falling in love with Karate and attained his black belt in 1995 (reaching 3rd dan in 2002). Rob was also the Kyokushin Karate Australian team coach from 1998 to 2009 and is still involved in the Australian Karate team developing squad.
Rob’s classes are tough but he keeps the atmosphere light with his sharp sense of humour.
