Yoga Classes

RESTORATIVE

A gentle class made up of a few postures to help you release tension and de-stress.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a practice that focuses on long and passive holds for five minutes or longer.

SLOW HATHA

Experience yoga at a slower pace, using props and cues to help you go deeper.

STRETCH

This class teaches you how to release your muscles safely and accurately.

IYENGAR

A skilful approach to yoga developed by Mr. Iyengar. It is focused on alignment and breaking down postures using props.

FLOW HATHA

Using breath and movement to increase flexibility and stamina.

INTERMEDIATE IYENGAR

A class using Mr. Iyengar's methods of breaking down stronger postures to give you better alignment and understanding.

STRONG HATHA

A flowing class that will challenge you and progress your yoga.

ASHTANGA

Taught traditionally as presented in Mysore, India, this practice has a dynamic tempo that will increase your fitness and flexibility.

SYNERGY VINYASA

A dynamic, flowing practice that combines yoga and knowledge from physiotherapy to increase your strength and flexibility, linking breath and movement.

YOGA WALL

Using wall ropes, this practice uses stronger alignment to decompress the body with gravity.

MYSORE YOGA
